We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. Actual product colours might differ slightly from website images.

At checkout, please make sure email and shipping address are correct. Grassie is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your order. An order confirmation will be sent via email shortly after placing an order. Please check all details are correct.

New Zealand Shipping

All New Zealand orders are sent with tracking. Please allow up to 3 business days for your orders to arrive. Rural areas may take longer.

Australia Shipping

All Australian orders are sent with tracking. Please allow up to 10 business days for Australian orders to arrive.

All taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your countries policy on this.

If your order has had an unsuccessful attempt at delivery, and for some reason it is returned to Grassie, please keep in mind that there will be a redelivery charge at the buyers expense.

International Shipping

All international orders are sent with tracking. If your destination country is not listed, please email us at hello@grassie.co and we will send you a quote. Please allow up to 15 business days for international orders arrive.

Return Policy

Grassie does not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

If your order is damaged on arrival, please notify Grassie at hello@grassie.co within 5 days. All faulty or damaged goods will need to be returned to Grassie at buyer’s expense after an agreement is made. Damages to box due to courier handling will need to be photographed to assess further.
